Pre-Packed Hospital Birth Bag: "Just for Mama"

I am very unhappy how it was delivered not packaged very well just in a box it was left out in the rain and the package was a gift. the bag turned brown from the box everything was soaking wet I tried to email the company with no response. Very unhappy I don't know how I am suppose to give this as a gift. Now this just sits wondering what I am suppose to do with a $159.00 bag with ruined items. Some items were wrapped in plastic but like the ladys underware those where ruined, the sound machine ruined the box and everything was wet the card was wet and ruined the outside bag that it came in ruined. That turned brown from the box that it was in. Wonder why the company is closing. Not one response from the company.

I feel so much more at peace and relaxed just knowing that I have everything I need for when the moment comes! Literally everything a mom delivering could need is packed and ready to go! This took so much off of my plate as I am not the greatest organizer and I had a terrible worry that I was going to forget something. But everything sent is exactly what it will need, no more no less. And the clothes fit perfectly! Thank you so much!!!
